At The Pure Visions (Netherlands) B.V., we prioritize ensuring your items are delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing your items for shipping. This process may take 2-5 business days. While we strive to prepare orders as quickly as possible, certain items may require longer processing times. In such cases, you will be notified of the delay via email.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery time is approximately 10-15 business days, but delays are possible. The exact delivery time depends on the local postal service.
  • For certain countries, delivery may take longer, approximately 12-20 business days.
  • Note: Delivery time is calculated after the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping fee is €7.99.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over €29.99.
  • If express shipping is available, it can be selected for an additional charge.
  • When choosing express shipping, please provide detailed address information in English (including street/block, city, province/state, country, zip code, name, phone number) as required by shipping regulations.

Order Status
After placing your order, we will keep you updated on its status via email.

Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, summarizing your order and providing shipping and billing details.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include details about the items being shipped and a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the provided link. Please note that it may take 48 hours or more for the carrier to update the shipment status, so the tracking link may not work immediately. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

Important Notes:

  • The Pure Visions (Netherlands) B.V. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to the buyer authorizing the package to be left at the front door, with a neighbor, etc.
  • If, for personal reasons (such as customs clearance issues, incorrect or unreachable addresses, or incorrect phone numbers), the package is not claimed within the time limit and is subsequently destroyed, we cannot be held responsible.
  • In cases of international shipping, some packages may be inspected by local customs and may incur customs duties. Please be aware of any notifications issued by your local customs office. The Pure Visions (Netherlands) B.V. has no authority to collect customs duties from buyers.
  • If the buyer fails to pay customs duties and the package cannot be delivered, The Pure Visions (Netherlands) B.V. is not liable, and refund requests will not be accepted.
